Real Estate Conservation and Management Board - This is a newly created board that will act as a hearing body in cases involving deteriorating or unkempt buildings, accumulation of junk and unknempt real property.  The board will consist of five members who will serve two year terms.  Applicants must be residents of West Richland and be willing to meet as often as once per month to conduct hearings and to deliberate on board related matters. Applications are available for download at the bottom of this page.  For more information, please contact Community Development Director Bob Leedy at 967-3431 or bdleedy@westrichland.org.

Park Board Vacancy - The Park Board formulates and make recommendations to the City Council and Mayor relative to the beautification, improvement, development, maintenance, management, and planning of all West Richland City parks and associated facilities.
