The Bombing Range Sports Complex currently has four baseball fields with backstops, scoreboard, dugouts and fencing.  The City, with the help of community volunteers, is currently completing a fourth baseball field. The Sports Complex also has four soccer fields with goals, shed, and kicking wall; a football field with goals and scoreboard; practice areas for baseball, soccer, and youth football; cover pavilion, paved and lighted parking lot, walkways, large play equipment, restrooms, and a clubhouse/concession stand.

The Richland Youth Football League, Tri-City Youth Soccer Association, Adult Women's Soccer Association, and the Greater Richland Little League are some of the associations utilizing these fields.

Flat Top Community Park
Flat Top Park is the City's central and flagship park. The park contains a community pavilion with sinks and workroom, playfields, tennis/basketball court, small playground equipment, picnic area, horseshoe pits and restrooms.

The park is the site of the Concerts at the Pavilion, Movie Night in the Park and Carols & Cocoa.

The Pavilion maybe reserved through City Hall.
