Planning Commission will hold a Public Hearing at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday, November 12, 2009 to hear comments on proposed amendments to the Comprehensive Plan. Amendments to be considered include update of the six-year transportation plan, amendments to the land use map, and miscellaneous amendments to the Plan text. Setback and lot coverage updates SEPA Checklist SEPA DNS DRAFT
The City of West Richland has issued a SEPA determination of non-significance for the construction of 118 apartment units. The site is located on the undeveloped land on the southwest corner of the intersection of Kennedy & Dallas Roads. The improvements will consist of 12, 3 story residential buildings and one associated clubhouse building containing the residential amenities and the onsite management offices. Parking will be provided onsite in the form of 185 surface stalls.
