Planning Commission will hold a Public Hearing at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday, November 12, 2009 to hear comments on proposed amendments to the Comprehensive Plan. Amendments to be considered include update of the six-year transportation plan, amendments to the land use map, and miscellaneous amendments to the Plan text. The City of West Richland has issued a SEPA determination of non-significance for the construction of 118 apartment units. The site is located on the undeveloped land on the southwest corner of the intersection of Kennedy & Dallas Roads. The improvements will consist of 12, 3 story residential buildings and one associated clubhouse building containing the residential amenities and the onsite management offices. Parking will be provided onsite in the form of 185 surface stalls.
