  Rezone 2.5 Acres from (MR-2) to (MR-3) Multi-Family Residential - PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE
 
  PUBLIC HEARING: REZONE 5 ACRES TO MULTI-FAMILY RESIDENTIAL - PUBLIC NOTICE   
  PUBLIC HEARING: ZONING DISTRICT CONSOLIDATIONS - The City is proposing to consolidate five redundant zoning districts along with the deletion of the reserved and unused "floodplain" district within Title 17, Zoning. Cross references to these chapters will be removed as they are found in other titles of the municipal codes. The proposal would result in the consolidation of 4 residential districts into the RM-10 zone. Additionally, the C-1 zone would be consolidated into the C-G zone. The referenced zones maintain similar development standards as the districts they are being merged into. The zoning map will be updated accordingly.   Written comments will be accepted until 5:00 p.m. March 22, 2012. Testimony can be provided at the open record hearing. An open record public hearing before the PLANNING COMMISSION has been scheduled for Thursday, March 22, 2012 at 7:00 p.m A copy of the staff report will be available a few days before the hearing.
