Rezone Lot 3 of Short Plat #2744 to Combine Commercial/Light Industrial (CLI).  - Open Record Hearing before Planning Commissin on June 12, 2008 at 7:00 p.m. and closed record hearing before City Council on June 16, 2008 at 7:00 p.m.  Both meetings will be held in City Council Chambers, 3803 W. Van Giesen (Library Building), West Richland, WA.

Rezone Lot 1 of Short Plat #468 to Residential Low-Density (RL-22) - Please submit written comment before 5:00 p.m. on May 19, 2008.  Notification of public hearings will be published as soon as they are scheduled.

Rezone Lots 190, 191, 213 of Section 6 & Short Plat #1798 to Residential Medium-Density (RM-20) Includes  - SEPA   - Please submit written comment before 5:00 p.m. on May 19, 2008.  Notification of public hearings will be published as soon as they are scheduled.

Rezone Lots 206 & 207 of Section 6, to Residential Medium Density (RM-12.5) File Nos.:  RZ2008-22 and ER2008-23.  Notice of Completeness, Notice of Application, Notice of Public Hearings and Notice of Environmental Review Project application will be held before the West Richland Planning Commission on Thursday, June 12, 2008 and a closed-record public hearing before the City Council on Monday, June 16, 2008.  The public hearings will be held at 7:00 p.m. in the City Council Chambers.
