The City has added additional school zone lights at Wiley Elementary, Tapteal Elementary and Enterprise Middle School.  The additional lights alert verhicles entering school zones from side streets they are entering an active school zone. The City choose a "green" approach by installing solar powered lights at Enterprise to reduce construction and long term costs while doing our part to help conserve electricity.

The School Zone flashers are used to draw attention to school sign signs during time when school children are present and the 20 mph speed limit is being enforced. Please use extra caution when driving through school zones. Below are programmed times for elementary and middle schools. Vehicles stopped for speeding in a school zone during flash time may be cited. Speed limit on all roads when not flashing is 25 mph unless otherwise posted.
