Water & Sewer Connection Fees

The City connection fees are broken into 4 categories: Water, Sewer, Misc., and Latecomers Fees.  Each Sub-Division fee can be slightly different depending on the time the Sub-Division was plated and whether irrigation water is provided by a private source. The list bleow provides you with a link to an example fee sheet for each Sub-Division currently in the City.
